Non-Member Cost

$400 - Fully Refunded if the participant loses 20lbs OR 5% body fat during the 6-week Kickstart Program.  If the participant fails to reach either goal, he/she can choose to become a Dominate Today member and receive $400 off the normal price of our Unlimited DT Fit Membership spread out over 12-months ($33.33 off the normal price for 12-months).

$200 - Fully Refunded if the member loses 20lbs OR 5% body fat during the 6-week Kickstart Program. (Current Members Register at the Gym.)

What You Get

  • 6-weeks of Unlimited DT Fit Strength Training Classes
  • Progress tracking via InBody body composition scans 
  • Individualized nutrition plan with macronutrient splits 
  • Access to our Macrostax nutrition tracking app and weekly check-ins with your coach
  • Private Facebook group providing moral support, healthy recipes, grocery hauls, food prep, etc. 

Expectations

  1. Be at Dominate Today a minimum of 3 times a week.  Exercise a minimum of 6 days a week which could be a walk, hike, bike, etc. (DT Fit Schedule)
  2. Social media post checking in at Dominate Today 3 days a week after each DT Fit class/gym visit.
  3. Log your food and water daily to hold you accountable. 
  4. Food prep – take a picture of your groceries over the weekend and upload to the group Facebook page (DT Spring 24 Kickstart).
  5. Daily homework – Will discuss at group meeting prior to the beginning of our 6-week Kickstart.
  6. Turn in your accountability worksheet at the end of each week. This allows the coach to see how things are going and what you might need to change in order to have better results.
  7. 3-week weigh in – monitoring progress, asking questions, and changing up nutrition if necessary.

Nutrition Plan

We will use your InBody scan results to tailor a nutrition plan and macronutrient breakdown to your specific body type and goals.
