DT Fit classes are strength training classes that are scalable and accessible to individuals of ALL fitness levels.
A typical training week looks like this -
Monday - Chest, Triceps, & Core
Tuesday - Back, Biceps, & Core
Wednesday - Squat, Legs, & Core
Thursday - Shoulders & Core
Friday - Upper Body & Core
Saturday - Deadlift, Legs, & Core
Sunday - Open Gym 7am-10am
New workouts programmed daily. All programmed workouts have elements of core work which promotes stability and flexibility.
Monday - Friday - 5am, 6am, 7am, & 9am
Monday - Thursday - 4pm
Saturday - 7am, 8am, 9am
Sunday - Open Gym 7am-10am
(Workouts change daily Mon-Sat)
Payment taken at time of class
