Dominate Today is proud to be an official host of the 2025 Murph Challenge.  We will come together Sunday, May 25th to honor fallen Navy Seal LT. Michael P. Murphy.  We will run the Murph WOD beginning at 8AM.  This is a free event open to the public.  No membership necessary.  Please register below.  (Donations are not required.  However, monetary donations will be accepted the day of the event.  All money donated will go directly to the LT.
